The link below will take you to Cobb County's viewer that will let you calculate what your stormwater fee will be. Keep in mind, the fee is calculated differently whether you were an individual individually, paying resident or a commercial facility. Here's how it works

  • Fee

    Residential:

    The approved fee is $4.75 for each equivalent residential unit (ERU), which is based on 3,700 square feet of impervious surface, representing the median residential use in Unincorporated Cobb County and Mableton. All residential properties will be charged $4.75 per month beginning June 1, 2026.

     

    Non-Residential:

    Charges for non-residential properties will be based on the actual area of impervious surface divided by 3,700 to determine the number of ERU's, which is then multiplied by the $4.75 base rate. Non-residential Example: 20,000ft² of impervious/3,700 ft² x $4.75=$25.68 per month.
